Refund Policy

A&Z Golf Carts

At A&Z Golf Carts, we are committed to customer satisfaction and high-quality service. Please review our refund and return policy below, which is designed to ensure clarity for both standard and custom orders.

1. Custom Orders

  • All sales of custom-built or customized golf carts are final.

  • Customizations include, but are not limited to: paint jobs, lift kits, wheels & tires, sound systems, and any cart modifications requested by the customer.

  • No refunds or returns will be accepted on custom orders.

2. Used Golf Carts

  • Used carts are sold as-is unless a specific warranty is provided in writing at the time of sale.

  • Returns or refunds for used carts are not accepted.

3. Parts & Accessories

  • Returns are accepted on non-customized, unused parts or accessories within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging and condition.

  • A  restocking fee may apply.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped in error.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item, depending on the situation.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection of returned items.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
