At A&Z Golf Carts, we are committed to customer satisfaction and high-quality service. Please review our refund and return policy below, which is designed to ensure clarity for both standard and custom orders.
1. Custom Orders

All sales of custom-built or customized golf carts are final.

Customizations include, but are not limited to: paint jobs, lift kits, wheels & tires, sound systems, and any cart modifications requested by the customer.

No refunds or returns will be accepted on custom orders.
2. Used Golf Carts

Used carts are sold as-is unless a specific warranty is provided in writing at the time of sale.

Returns or refunds for used carts are not accepted.
3. Parts & Accessories

Returns are accepted on non-customized, unused parts or accessories within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be returned in original packaging and condition.

A restocking fee may apply.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item, depending on the situation.
5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection of returned items.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
