Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeframe
All orders are processed and delivered within 3 to 10 business days after purchase confirmation, depending on location and customization.

Delivery Coverage & Costs

We offer cart delivery throughout the Midwest, with mileage-based pricing for all locations.

• Delivery is charged at a minimum of $2.50 per mile (round trip) from Kaseyville, Missouri.

• Mileage is calculated as a round-trip distance from our location to yours.

• Call for a direct quote from one of our dealers before scheduling your delivery.

We’ll work with you to coordinate a convenient drop-off time and ensure your cart arrives in top condition.

Delivery Coordination
After your order is confirmed, a team member will reach out by phone or email to arrange delivery.
An adult must be present at the time of delivery to receive and inspect the cart.

Delivery Requirements

• Recipient must be 18 years or older.

• The cart will be tested and demonstrated briefly upon delivery.

• Please ensure the delivery site is accessible by trailer.

Inspection & Damage Reporting
Customers are responsible for inspecting the golf cart at the time of delivery.

• Any damage must be reported within 24 hours.

• Please include clear photos of any issues.

• Do not operate the cart before reporting.
  Failure to report within this timeframe may void shipping-related claims.

Missed Delivery Fees
If no one is available at the agreed-upon time:

• A $150 restocking fee will be charged.

• A $50 rescheduling fee may apply.

• Additional fuel and labor charges may be added for second attempts.

A&Z Golf Carts is not responsible for delays caused by weather, road conditions, or customer unavailability. By placing an order, you agree to all terms outlined in this shipping policy.
